Scotland's Oldest Independent Bottler
Never-Chill Filtered, Never-Coloured
Shipped from Campbeltown
This 13 year old bottling from Ord distillery in the Highlands has spent the last few years of its maturation in an Armagnac butt. This has given the dram a very interesting flavour profile which is uncovered sip by sip. On the nose, this dram displays sweet notes of fruit slice, runny honey and dates. This sweetness follows on to the palate alongside a smooth melted butter note. On the finish, there is a nuttiness alongside notes of aniseed to round the dram off.
