We do not disclose personal information to third parties unless it is necessary to complete a purchase e.g. to our delivery agents. Some personal information is collected when purchasing or registering. Payment Methods

Payment can be made by debit or credit card through Stripe.

 

Order Process

Customers will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of their order. 

The Order status will show your order as “processing” until it has been packed and taken to the courier depot. A confirmation email will be sent to customers notifying them that the processing stage has been completed. This email will also include a tracking number.  

 

Order Tracking / Delivery

All orders will be despatched by either DHL or TNT, you will be emailed a tracking number where appropriate once your order has been despatched.

Please note that as we are based in Campbeltown delivery can sometimes take a little longer than expected.

Although we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, mistakes can happen and prices and specifications can change without notice.  All goods are limited releases and are subject to availability.

All products sold on our website are subject to UK taxes. Any shipment outside of the UK will not be subject to VAT however you will be liable for local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country. It is the customers responsibility to check with their countries import regulations prior to placing an order on our website.
