Jura Distillery, situated on the Isle of Jura in the Inner Hebrides, was founded in 1810 by the Laird of Jura, Archibald Campbell. Light and delicate with a warming finish, this 31 year old whisky from the islands only distillery is a beautifully balanced dram. Beginning with dried mango and parsley on the nose, this is then followed by a sweet oily palate. The finish is earthy with notes of dried grass and ginger nut biscuits to round things off.
